Initially on the 28th September we put up a post about our plans for the surveys and focus groups.


The initial plan was to select 2 boys and 2 girls from each year between year 10 and 13 to fill out a survey regarding the song. This age group was chosen to match the target audience.

Unfortunately due to lack of organisation (and enthusiam from those selected) we changed the plans slightly for more effective results.

1. We went up to 1 girls and 1 boy from each of the year groups
2. we played them the song twice through headphones
3. we then gave them the suvey to fill out.

Some comments we recieved....
male, age 14 - Its really indie song so i think just like indie gigs and people and stuff, and clothes and stuff.
female, age 15 - I can imagine lots of flashing lights and a quite colourful video.
male, age 17 - A mental clown like doing a dance or someone on a nuts trip.
female, age 18 - I see a love story because the lyrics are a bit about a girl, maybe someone who has lost their girlfriend or something?
