We have contacted the groundkeepers and the soundman in order to clarify the hours and dates which we are filming in the theatre are free. Unfortunately the soundman is not available on the date but have found someone to substitute in for him, making sure our filming day goes to plan. We have arranged to film next Wednesday for 3 hours. In order to make sure the perfromance is up to scratch, we organized a small rehearsal for an hour yesterday after school. Luckily we are allowed to leave the drum kit in the theatre, which makes it easier for us as we can schedule another rehearsal in the theatre without having to ask the groundsmen to take it over.
