Brainstorming and Mood Boarding

We have created a mood board which features different things that link to the band themselves and their sound. Things related to their style and image where important and also things that link to the stereotypical indie band such as live gigs, types of fans, instruments used etc.

We put on images of fans and crowds at live gigs because this seemed to capture the essence of them and their over all image that they put out. Other things like images of guitars and also the clothing they would wear were important as they would feature in the music video.

Also influences of the band such as Joy Divisions look and also the image of other 80s bands Fleetwood mac and The cure also are on the mood board.

Looking at these things helped summarise the feeling of the band and help in understanding the type of music video that would go with the bands song.
